CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
You need to send us an e-mail at loeb@loebglebe.com 24 hours before the delivery date.

TOBACCO PRODUCTS:
We no longer sell cigarretes since April 01/2008.

TELEPHONE ORDERS OR FAX ORDERS:
We do not accept phone or fax orders or add products from an existing order from the website. If you need to add products from an existing order, please use our website and in additional field information write add to an existing order

PEANUT/NUT ALLERGIES:
If you have allergies to peanuts/nuts, we cannot substitute with any other products. It's your responsability to know the product brand your order.

DAYCARE AND/OR COMPANY ORDERS:
Daycare orders: please send your order in advance before noon for processing next day. Companies: Allow us a week for your deliveries unless the quantities ordered are small.

BAD WEATHER:
Please be advised that in times of increment weather, deliveries might be late. Thank you, for your patience.

DEBIT PAYMENT OPTION:
Simply select 'Debit' at Checkout and you can pay with your Debit card at your door.

CASH OR CHECK:
We do not accept cash or checks.

CREDIT CARD IMPRINT
For new customers, using credit cards, an imprint of your credit card will be required at the time of your first delivery. If your credit card is not available at that time, the delivery driver will not be able to complete your delivery.
For out of town customers wishing to send groceries to friends and family living in Ottawa, a scan of your card will be needed before any order can be completed. It can be faxed to 613-232-3191 or emailed to loeb@loebglebe.com.
This is only for the first order and we must be able to read the numbers on the card.
