After clicking on Search the Search screen shown below will be displayed.
To search for specific items or products
that contain your favourite foods click on Search (
) located on the top black menu bar. This search feature can be accessed
from any screen within the OnLine store.

To search for a specific item, group of
items or favourite product brands, click in the search field and type in
the appropriate search term(s) and click on Search. The search results
will be listed directly below the Search button.
In the following example we have used
a very generic search for "salmon" and shown actual results as they would
appear.
Notice that when searching on a broader
term like salmon the search results show canned salmon, salmon fillets
and even two Party Platters as they both have salmon sandwiches. You may
use as many search terms as criteria to narrow your search as you wish
e.g. beef steak sirloin boneless, French's hot mustard, etc.
NOTE:
Avoid using plural search terms such steaks, the term "steak" will list
results for all items containing the word steak AND steaks, whereas the
term "steaks" will only find matches to items containing the term steaks.
Another convenient way to search for specific
items is by product brand. By searching on the brand name of an item, you
will find results listed for all products available under that brand. Following
is an example of products carried under the McKeen's brand name.
Once you have found the product(s) you
are looking for, you have several options available to you directly from
this screen.
Add to QuickList: If you have a
customer account and are logged in, the QuickList buttons on the left hand
side of the screen will be available to you. By clicking on the QuickList
button ( 
) next to the required product, that item will be immediately added to
your QuickList and will be present on your list at any time in the future
for easy access. Please see QuickList.
Code: The codes for all products
are text links to the product themselves. If you require further information
or clarification about a certain item , click on the appropriate link and
the product description screen will be displayed.
Add One to Basket: By clicking
on the Add One to Basket button next to the appropriate item it will be
added to your Shopping Basket.
Buy One Now: By clicking on the
Buy One Now button next to the appropriate item it will be added to your
Shopping Basket and you will be directed to the Checkout screen.
You can perform as many different searches
from this screen as you require.
