My QuickList is your own personal electronic shopping list. It is a database of your most frequently purchased items and quantities. You create, edit and access your own QuickList while shopping at Loeb Glebe OnLine.
Only you can access and use your QuickList.
You must have a customer account with Loeb Glebe OnLine and be logged in to use your QuickList.

Our customers have found that this feature saves them a lot of time when shopping OnLine on a regular basis as you can add all your commonly purchased items to your Shopping Basket with a single click.

Creating My QuickList

To create your own QuickList, Login to your customer account. You will notice that the QuickList buttons (  ) then appear next to all product summaries and descriptions. If you do not login, the buttons are not available to you. To begin creating your QuickList, find the product that you wish to add to your list and click on the QuickList button next to the appropriate product. QuickList buttons also appear next to items on the Search screen.

Once you click on the QuickList button, the screen will refresh and a different QuickList button will appear (  ) next to the item indicating that it is now on your QuickList (see below). Note that this does not mean that you have purchased the item, only added it to your QuickList. To purchase at this time click on Add To Basket.
You may continue this process during any normal shopping session and add new items to your existing list at any time in the future. To edit your QuickList please see below.

Shopping with My QuickList

To order items on your QuickList, login to your customer account and click on the My QuickList button or text link found at the top left hand side of your screen.

Here is an example of a QuickList screen. The "Edit your QuickList" text in the top left hand side of your screen is a link to the QuickList Edit screen. What you are seeing here is your actual QuickList.

There are several options available to you from this screen.
Code: The codes for all products are text links to the product themselves. If you require further information or clarification about a certain item , click on the appropriate link and the product description screen will be displayed.
Order: You can change the quantity of the item you are ordering by clicking in the Order field and typing your requested quantity.
The Average Order Quantity is specified by you on the QuickList Edit screen (see below).
Add To Basket: To add all the items listed on your QuickList to your shopping basket click on Add To Basket.
You can delete specific items or change quantities from the Basket Contents screen and continue shopping for additional items you wish to Order that are not contained on your QuickList.
This feature is designed to enable OnLine shoppers to easily add their regularly purchased items with a single click.

Editing My QuickList

To edit your QuickList, login to your customer account and click on the My QuickList button or text link found at the top left hand side of your screen.

From your QuickList screen click on the text link Edit your QuickList found on the top left hand corner of your screen. Below is an example of a QuickList Edit screen.

Remove from QuickList: To remove an item or several items from your QuickList, click in the box to the left of the appropriate item(s) and click on Update.
Code: The codes for all products are text links to the product themselves. If you require further information or clarification about a certain item , click on the appropriate link and the product description screen will be displayed.
Average Order Quantity: To adjust the quantity of an item on your QuickList, click in the right hand field next to the appropriate item, type in your required quantity and click on Update.
NOTE: The Average Order Quantity is the default quantity that appears for an item when you access your QuickList (e.g. you always order 4 jars of Apple Sauce).
Quantities can be altered for any Order on the QuickList screen itself or on your Basket Contents screen.
