I left my credit card at work. Can I still get my first delivery of groceries?

No. New customers must have their credit cards at home to receive their first order! An imprint of the card will be taken by the driver. Otherwise, the driver will take the order back to the store.

When ordering produce, you need to enter the total units wanted. Exceptions are written in brackets beside the item, i.e. Grapes, snow peas, green beans.

The first thing to do is check if you received a confirmation of your order. It might not have gone through. The second reason might be because of the weather or truck problems. You can call the store and find out.

When will I receive my groceries?

If you order before 9am, you will receive your order either before 5pm or after 6pm. You will select the delivery option at checkout. If you ordered after 9am, but before noon, you can get your groceries after 6 pm.

You must order by noon for same day delivery. If you order after the noon cut off time, you will get your delivery the following business day (Monday to Friday), in the chosen delivery time frame on the order.

Unless that person is authorized to purchase on your card (has a card of her/his own), it is not possible. We will ask to see the card and a photo I.D.

You must be home. If the delivery driver arrives and no one is home, he will not leave your order. He will bring it back to the store. You must call to make other arrangements for delivery. We do reserve the right to charge another delivery fee.
